Full Contact Sync

When you first connect the AutoSync integration, it does not perform a full contact sync by default. Initially, only contacts who have appointments or classes scheduled in the past 30 days or the next 90 days (for any synced calendars) will be pulled into the CRM.

If you'd like all of your Mindbody clients, including those without recent activity, to appear in your CRM, and you want their correct ⇌ Client Status and ⇌ Client Type reflected, you can use the Full Contact Sync feature.

How to Perform a Full Contact Sync

You can run a Full Contact Sync directly from the Calendar Mapping screen.

1. Go to AutoSync > Calendar Mapping.

2. At the top-right corner, click the Full Contact Sync button.

3. Once you click the button, you’ll see three options to customize your sync:

   
   ✅ Sync Client Information

   This pulls basic contact data, along with the Client Status and Client Type.

   ✅ Sync Client Purchase History

   This retrieves purchase records, such as contracts, pricing options, and other purchase-related data.

   ✅ Sync Client Booking History

   This syncs class or appointment bookings, including visit totals.

Pro Tip: If you're setting up a brand-new account, it's usually best to check all boxes to ensure the CRM is fully populated. If you're only looking to refresh status data, checking just the first box ("Sync Client Information") will do the job.

Sync Progress and Status

Once the sync begins, you’ll see the sync status update directly on the button. This lets you know that the process has started and is actively running.

Ensures that statuses like Active, Non-Member, Suspended, etc., are properly reflected in your CRM.

Note: Due to API limitations, the Full Contact Sync processes up to 1,000 records per location per day. Any additional records will be automatically queued and processed over the following days until the full sync is complete.
