Manual Export for Full Sync (Mindbody)
Complete data export to enable the fastest and most complete sync possible
Purpose: This guide walks you through exporting your client list, memberships, purchase history, visit counts, and lifetime value from Mindbody so we can sync it into HighLevel.
Follow all steps carefully to ensure a complete export.
Step 1: Export Client List
Log into your Mindbody Admin Account.
Navigate to the Reports Tab:
Classic Mindbody: Click
Reports
in the top menu.New Experience: Click
Dashboard > Reports
.
Search for "Client List" and open the report.
Set Filters:
Status: All Clients
Home Studio: All Locations
Select Fields:
Include Email, Phone Number, Birthday, Home Studio, etc.
Click "Generate" and then Export as CSV.

Step 2: Export Memberships and Contracts
Go back to Reports.
Search for "Membership Report" and open it.
Set Filters:
Status: All Memberships (Active, Inactive, Canceled)
Click "Generate" and then Export as CSV.

Step 3: Export Purchase History
Return to Reports.
Search for "Sales by Client".
Set Filters:
Date Range: All Time
Client Status: All Clients
Transaction Type: All
Click "Generate" and Export to CSV.

Step 4: Export Visit History
Go back to Reports.
Search for "Client Visits" or "Attendance with Revenue".
Set Filters:
Date Range: All Time
Click "Generate" and Export to CSV.

Final Step: Send Us These Files
You should now have these 4 CSV files:
File | Purpose |

Client List | Contact Info |
Membership Report | Memberships, Contracts, Active Trials |
Sales by Client | Purchase History & Lifetime Value |
Client Visits/Attendance | Number of Visits |
Please send all CSV files together for a complete contact sync.
Troubleshooting Tips
If you don't see a report, use the search bar.
Always select "All Time" when setting date ranges.
Make sure to Export as CSV (not Excel or PDF).
Log in as an Admin with full permissions.
