AutoSync Tags

This embedded spreadsheet shows the most current list of custom fields for each platform:

Note: The original naming convention had each tag name begin with "MB". Now that we support additional integrations beyond Mindbody the new convention is to start each tag name with the symbol "⇌". If you started with the original tag names we will continue to support the old naming convention and additional locations will continue to use the old naming convention.

⇌ Purchase - Service

Applied when client purchases a service item

⇌ Purchase - Contract

Applied when client purchases a contract

⇌ Purchase - Product

Applied when client purchases a product

⇌ First Time

Applied when client books first class or appointment that is mapped in MBSync

⇌ New Customer

Applied when a new client record is created in Mindbody

⇌ Trial Purchased

Applied when one of the trials configured in the MBSync Trial Assignment is purchased. Tag will be applied immediately when trial is purchased, NOT when trial is active

⇌ Trial Started

Applied when one of the trials configured in the MBSync Trial Assignment is activated. The activation will be dependent on the configuration of the pricing option in Mindbody. It may be activated on purchase, or on date of first visit - depending on the settings.

⇌ Trial Ended

Applied when the current trial has ended. This could be driven either by the expiration date or by the client using all of the available visits for that trial.
