Authorize New Subaccount

If you need to authorize your main account or a new subaccount you can take these steps:

1. Log into https://autogration.io and click the calendar icon for that location

2. Click the connect button to generate your activation link

3. Log into Mindbody as the Owner (MUST be owner. Admin will not work)

4. Click the activation link and look for the confirmation that the connection has been approved

5. Go back to MBSync and click the Mindbody API Activated button to access your calendar settings

Alternative method for F45 studios that do not have Admin access:

If you have an F45 franchise and you do not have Admin access Mindbody has an authorized a process where you can submit your request and they will approve the integration for you. This usually is complete within 1 business day, and is often done within an hour or two. To submit the request click the Authorize MB Site menu on the left, enter the Site ID for the desired location and click Submit Request.

When the location authorization is complete you should be able to click on the calendar icon and see the fields to set up your calendar sync.
