Manual Export for Full Sync (Booker)

Complete data export to enable the fastest and most complete sync possible

Purpose: This guide walks you through exporting your client list, memberships, purchase history, visit counts, and lifetime value from Booker so we can sync it into HighLevel.

Follow all steps carefully to ensure a complete export.

Step 1: Export Client List

  1. Log into your Booker Admin Account.

  2. Navigate to the Reports Tab:

    • Click My Reports from the top menu.

  3. Go to the "Clients" section and select "Client List".

  4. Set Filters:

    • Status: All Clients

    • Location: All Locations

  5. Select Fields:

    • Include Email, Phone Number, Birthday, Home Location, etc.

  6. Click "Run Report" and then Export as CSV.

Step 2: Export Memberships and Contracts

  1. Go back to My Reports.

  2. Go to the "Memberships" section and select "Membership Detail" report.

  3. Set Filters:

    • Status: All Memberships (Active, Inactive, Canceled)

  4. Click "Run Report" and then Export as CSV.

Step 3: Export Purchase History

  1. Return to My Reports.

  2. Go to the "Sales" section and select "Sales by Client".

  3. Set Filters:

    • Date Range: All Time

    • Client Status: All Clients

  4. Click "Run Report" and Export as CSV.

Step 4: Export Visit History

  1. Go back to My Reports.

  2. Go to the "Appointments" section and select "Client Visit History".

  3. Set Filters:

    • Date Range: All Time

  4. Click "Run Report" and Export as CSV.

Final Step: Send Us These Files

You should now have these 4 CSV files:

File

Purpose

Client List

Contact Info

Membership Detail Report

Memberships, Contracts, Active Trials

Sales by Client

Purchase History & Lifetime Value

Client Visit History

Number of Visits

Please send all CSV files together for a complete contact sync.


Troubleshooting Tips

  • If you don't see a report, use the search bar.

  • Always select "All Time" when setting date ranges.

  • Make sure to Export as CSV (not Excel or PDF).

  • Log in as an Admin with full permissions.
