I want to tell you about a new custom field and some new configurations you can use to leverage this custom field. It's the Mindbody Client Type, mb_client_type and this will help you kind of sort out your context and certain workflows and apply only to prospects and certain ones only applied to member. And the question is, how do you define who's a prospect or a new lead and who is a member or a paying customer? And what type of pain customer accounts as a member and so forth. There's some subtlety to it. So we have this client type, you can read about it in the knowledge base but it will be either one type or the other prospect. Remember, and once it's set it doesn't change. So if someone has been a member, they'll stay a member for this particular custom field because it's more important for our tracking purposes to know, but they're not a brand new lead. So once a member, always a member. As far as this logic works, there is one temporary other status it could be which is a new member And this would only happen on the day that they qualified to become a member. So for that 24 hour period, this custom field will have this type and that's useful because you can create triggers that only apply to new members. Non existing members. And I'll show you how to specify who can become a member. If you go into the sink and you go into the configuration area. I'll show you is back here. You click the configuration area here, then you scroll down under the trial of configurations. You can do a membership assignment. So if you click this it will show your pricing options and you can scroll down and anything you click on like when you're unlimited six, we you know whatever whatever you think is a valid pricing option to allow them to be defined as a member click. You can do as many as you want and that way when someone purchases one of these items but it won't affect if they purchase anything else. If they purchase one of these items will update their client type two members. And once that's done you can grab it as a custom field here in in your high level configuration, I'm just looking for it. Okay so and then you can apply that in workflows or whatever. We also added this one new web hook which will create something the documentation for. But you can see it's part of the snapshot now it's under the utilities and I will show that to you now. So this is a web hook to go through and update your client status and your client type, you click this and you can see it but you can use this to update your client's hype. If you're applying this to an older account has been connected for a while then this new custom field won't be set. You can use this to to go back and set them. Just add this to a workflow and apply it to your contact list. And it should go and call him either prospect or a member. And it will also be the client status, which has more to do with the mind body payment options. So I just wanted to let you know how this works and good luck.
